How do I apply for vendor space?
Download the application and email or mail it in.  Please be aware that in order to qualify for a booth you must offer cash and carry sales.  We only allow 1 representative per company and we have limits on the number of booths per product category.  

How much does a booth space cost?
10 x 10 = $125
10 x 20 = $225
10 x 30 = $325
Electricity = $15

*special pricing for non-profit organizations.

May I request special booth placement?
We cannot offer any guaranteed on special request regarding booth placement.  We will however do our best to accommodate request, on a first come first served basis.

What do I need to bring?
Your own table, chair, extension cords and display items.
We do not provide tables or chairs.

How well is this event attended?
In 2013 we had over 2000 shoppers and 93 vendors.  Booths will be juried to insure that there is only one per company and only a few of each type of product represented.

May I share a booth?
Sharing or subletting is not allowed unless it is approved through the application process.  Mistletoe Market is a juried event to insure that there is only one per company and only a few of each type of product represented.

May I take special orders?
Yes, special orders are allowed, but cash and carry sales are required of all vendors.

After I have applied how do I know if I’m accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email both when your information is received and when your payment is received.  Please understand that there may be multiple vendors from the same company on our waiting list. Qualified booths are first come first serve.

Is my booth space tax deductible?
General Federated Woman’s Club of Hendersonville is a nonprofit organization and your booth fee is tax deductible.

How is the event advertised?
 We advertise in local newspapers.  Word of mouth is very effective.  We fully utilize Facebook.  We also ask provide printable fliers, facebook cover photos, and facebook profile pictures to our vendors.  We hope that our vendors will invite their customers and pass out fliers at other events to help their shoppers find them at our event.
